HOW TO APPLY :-
NEW SURFACE PREPARATION
Concrete, masonry and plasters must be cured for at least 4–6 weeks before painting.
pH of the surface must be 13 or below and must be internally dry and free from dust, dirt, or loose particles,
grease, chalking, etc.
Sand the surface with emery paper no. 180 and wipe it clean to remove loose aggregates.
All seepage, leakage and dampness on the surface should be suitably rectified.
All fungus/algae-affected areas must be treated.
Prime concrete and plaster with Primera Exterior Wall Primer and allow to dry for 4-6 hours.
For any surface undulations, apply a thin coat of JKCement WallMaxX Wall Putty and allow it to dry for 4–6 hours.
Sand the surface with emery paper 180 and wipe it clean.
Apply another coat of Primera Exterior Wall Primer and allow it to dry for 4–6 hours. Sand the surface with emery
paper no. 320 and wipe it clean.
PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES
Wash to remove contaminants. Allow to dry after thoroughly rinsing with water.
Sanding is not required on a clean, matte surface.
Sanding is required on glossy, hard, silky, or dense surfaces.
Remove any loose paint.
Scrub the heavy chalk area and overhead area with a soap and water solution.
Remove all the mildew or fungus and allow the area to dry for 24 hours.
Prime the surface with Primera Exterior Wall Primer as specified under new surface preparation.
APPLICATION
Apply 2–3 coats by diluting 1 litre of Maximo Ultra with 300–400 ml of water at an interval of 4–6 hours between
the successive coats. Maximo Ultra can be applied by brush, roller, or spray.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
uu Stir the contents thoroughly and strain before using. Store Maximo Ultra in cool and dry place. Keep the container
tightly closed. When not in use, wash the brush/equipment with water immediately after use.
